Missing something?

Creatives of colour and other minorities represent only 22% of the industry. This homogeny helps no one. The advertising and design series PANTONE book is a response to Young Glory’s brief, to make employers come to terms with (and act on) their own bias in the workplace.

How it works:
PANTONE colour books are in every agency in the world. And they’re expensive. A free – but virtually free of colour – PANTONE book will be sent to the world’s leading agencies. The excitement in receiving a free PANTONE book will be tempered by their realisation – when they open it – that it is unusable. Like their agency will be if they don’t sharpen their diversity game. An agency without colour and diversity has no future.
